Today’s teaching session focuses on walking meditation. Focusing on each step, sight, sound, smell - being truly mindful of the experience and thanking God along the way.

1. Find a location.
2. Walk at a natural pace.
3. Notice the physicality of walking.
4. Engage all of your senses to experience the surroundings.
5. Keep focused.
6. Come back to your rhythm of walking.
7. Dialogue with God throughout the walk or at the close.
